Systems Business Analyst (SAP EWM)
Description
Excel Nearshore is looking for a techno-functional Business Systems Analyst with a distinct focus on SAP Extended Warehouse Management (SAP EWM) to support production operations and project implementations. This role requires bridging business needs with technical solutions, aimed at enhancing warehouse operations efficiency and addressing critical issues effectively. With a split focus on production support (60%) and project implementation (40%), the successful candidate will ensure seamless warehouse operations. This is a fully remote and full-time position from Costa Rica, in payroll with benefits.
Responsibilities
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of EWM queue errors including shipping, serialization, and labeling.
- Analyze incidents to identify root causes and coordinate with developers for solutions.
- Provide essential onsite support for urgent issues covering through mid-day Central Time (CST).
- Gather and analyze business requirements to draft functional specifications when necessary
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and development teams to convert business needs into technical designs.
Qualifications
- Proficient in SAP EWM with a minimum of 7-10 years of experience including implementation and production support.
- Hands-on experience in EWM queues, serialization/labeling, and functional documentation.
- Prior experience in high volume distribution centers handling diversified products is preferred.
- Techno-functional expertise with the ability to debug ABAP code is desirable.
