SAP EWM Consultant
Description
Excel Nearshore is looking for a SAP EWM Consultant to work with our agricultural client. This role will serve as the hands-on expert for the SAP EWM application, with a strong focus on the integration of Oracle OTM with SAP EWM. This role will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP EWM solutions for warehouse and logistics operations. This is a fully remote and full-time position from Costa Rica, in payroll with benefits.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review critical project deliverables, including:
- Integration of Oracle OTM with SAP EWM.
- Business process design documents.
- To-be functional designs.
- Baseline configurations (IMG).
- Process maps.
- Control matrices.
- Testing scenarios.
- Business process procedures. - Ensure all deliverables align with overall project goals and timelines.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience working with OTM and SAP for at least 1 full project lifecycle.
- 5+ years of overall experience working with SAP and OTM.
- Experience with Oracle TMS, with strong preference for experience in Logistics Cloud.
- Experience in domestic and international transportation planning.
- Familiarity with third-party applications such as 4Kites and Breakthrough Fuel.
- Experience with transportation EDI (204, 990, 210, and 214).
- Experience with transportation life cycle from shipment creation to carrier payment.
- Experience with rate setup and lane setup.
- Experience integrating with SAP and JD Edwards (or other ERP systems).
- Familiarity with integration tools like MuleSoft or Sterling Integrator.
- Experience with fleet planning.
- Bonus: Experience with rail planning and/or the agriculture industry.
- Knowledge of master data required to support transportation processes.
