Marketing Operations Specialist

Excel Nearshore is looking for a strategic, analytical, and detail-oriented individual to support North America Field Marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the reporting and analysis of the lead funnel in partnership with Field Marketing and GTM Marketing. The ideal candidate is someone who can provide actionable insights, review data for inconsistencies, identify opportunities for optimization, and collaborate cross-functionally in a fast paced environment to drive improvements in funnel conversion and pipeline. Additional focus areas include owning enablement and change management around the lead-to-opportunity process for North America.


• Measure and analyze performance through reports and dashboards across Go to Markets to optimize strategies and conversion rates

• Succinctly summarize findings and highlight business impacts, making recommendations on next steps as appropriate

• Guide stakeholders on the development and design of self-serve dashboards to address reporting needs and answer key business questions

• Review large data sets for inconsistencies and investigate root causes

• Bring a data-driven approach with an eye on process optimization and change management

• Partner with Field Marketing and GTM Marketing to identify opportunities for process optimizations and change management

• Monitor campaign creation to ensure fields are set up correctly for lead scoring and routing

• Train and enable Field Marketing on the lead-to-opportunity flow and own up-to-date documentation related to Lead Management


• 2+ years in marketing or marketing specialist roles

• A self-starter who is confident working on multiple programs that require strategic end-to-end thinking and cross-functional collaboration

• Deadline-driven, organized, and able to adapt to the rapid business and organizational demands that result from a high-growth environment

• Comfortable pulling and analyzing large datasets

• Experience building reports and dashboards to form actionable, data-driven conclusions

• Excellent oral and written communication with an emphasis on enablement

• Hands-on experience with SFDC, Tableau or related Marketing technologies

• Experience working in the IT, Cybersecurity, or B2B Enterprise industry
