Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Adobe Analytics, tag management, and quality assurance with a strong background in managing teams and resources.
• Proven experience in leading teams focused on Adobe Data Collection Tags, Adobe Analytics Reporting, and ObservePoint QA testing.
• Strong background in Adobe Launch for tag management and Adobe Analytics reporting.
• Experience in data validation and QA testing using ObservePoint or similar tools.
• Experience in data storytelling and presenting data insights to stakeholders at various levels.

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of Adobe Analytics, including custom variables (eVars, props), events, and data layers.
• Proficiency in Adobe Launch (or DTM) for managing and deploying tags.
• Expertise in Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools for creating dashboards and reports.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for tag development and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with SQL for advanced data extraction and reporting.

Leadership & Communication:

• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams.
• Ability to guide and mentor team members, providing clarification and resolution of technical queries.

Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting:

• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues related to tag implementations, data discrepancies, and reporting.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues across tag management systems and analytics platforms.

Certifications:

• Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch certification.
• Certifications in related analytics or testing tools (e.g., ObservePoint, Google Analytics).

Project Management:

• Experience with project management tools like JIRA for tracking tasks and managing workflows.
