Excel Nearshore is seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Senior Consultant to join the digital experience team of a global leader in premium home and lifestyle products. In this role, you will work at the intersection of business analysis, product ownership, and project management, contributing to the delivery of high-quality digital and e-commerce solutions. You will collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and development teams to define integration requirements, streamline processes, and support project execution. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with strong problem-solving skills who can bridge business needs with technical solutions while ensuring timely project delivery. This is a fully remote and full-time position from Costa Rica, in payroll with benefits.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to define, document, and prioritize integration requirements.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure successful delivery of integration projects.
- Support the project team in gathering and documenting 3rd vendor integration tool(s) requirements.
- Analyze current business processes and propose improvements to enhance digital customer experiences.
- Independently identify gaps and opportunities and propose actionable solutions.
- Lead requirement-gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, and cross-team discussions.
- Support project management activities, including creating project plans, monitoring progress, tracking risks/issues, and reporting to leadership.
- Assist with backlog management, sprint planning, and prioritization in collaboration with Product Owners.
- Partner with development teams leveraging MuleSoft, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and related technologies.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with exposure to Product Owner or Project Management roles.
- Strong background in systems integration and third-party solution implementations.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, provide solutions, and improve processes.
- Experience with agile methodologies and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Familiarity with MuleSoft, AEM, or similar integration and web technologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in e-commerce, web platforms, or customer-facing digital solutions.
- Exposure to bathroom, kitchen, or interior design digital tools is a plus.
- PMP, CSM, or other project management certifications are desirable.
